For Gift to Central Lutheran Church Foundation

Legacy Partners are friends and members of Central Lutheran Church who have made a provision in their estate for the Foundation, or have donated a one-time or cumulative gift of at least $10,000 to the Foundation.

It is my/our desire to provide a legacy of support to Central Lutheran Church through the Central Lutheran Church Foundation.  I/we understand that this commitment can be modified or revoked at any time.
