The internet is a goldmine for criminals and their scams.  According to the Federal Trade Commission, Minnesotans reported losses totaling $144.6 million in 2024.  In today’s fast-paced online environment, protecting your personal information is more crucial than ever.

You will learn:

  • What to do if you or a loved one encounter fraud
  • Resources to help protect yourself and your family

Bill Raker, AARP member, Fraud Watch Network and Advocacy Team volunteer, recently retired after more than 20 years as Pres/CEO of the US Federal Credit Union. Prior to his leadership role at the credit union, he had a 20+ year career with Control Data/Ceridian in sales, marketing, strategic planning, operations and related positions.  Bill is a frequent speaker on fraud, scams, and Cybersecurity.  His background includes certification training from the International Association of Financial Crimes Investigators (IAFCI).

A lunch will be provided.
